Registration

Note regarding accommodation: there are plenty of budget hotels in Hoi An. If you choose not  to stay with us at the Hoi An Historic, we recommend that you book ahead as March is the high season. We will post more information about hotels soon!

Payment

The prices below only include the nights for accommodation. They do not include the registration fees above.

Cancellation Policy

For any / all payments including hotel and T-shirts:
- Before Jan 31st: 100% (minus any paypal charges)
- From Feb 1st to Feb 10th: 50% (minus any paypal charges) 
- From Feb 11th onwards: no refund
