Vietnam Lindy Exchange is an international swing dance weekend, held every year since 2009 — and in 2027 it returns to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hội An. Three days and nights of swingin' live bands, international DJs and dancing by the beach and through the old town. Lindy Hop at heart, and loved by Balboa and Blues dancers from all over the world.

ASIAN GOLDEN SWING QUARTET
Coming all the way from Japan — “we play swing jazz for swing dancers.” Loved by dancers across Asia and back by popular demand for VLX 2027, the Asian Golden Swing Quartet return to Vietnam. Follow them at facebook.com/asiangoldenswingquartet.
Where we dance
Palm Garden Resort — our home for VLX 2027.
VLX 2027 returns to Palm Garden Resort, a beachfront resort just minutes from Hội An Ancient Town. Our evening dances, the gala dinner and the late-night sessions all take place here — so we can dance the night away, rain or shine.
It was a big favourite with VLX-ers in 2026 — great food, and every evening dance under one roof, so the dancing goes on until 3am. We can't wait to do it all again.
Accommodation offer
Palm Garden Resort is offering special rates for VLXers (discount varies by room type). If you'd like to stay at the resort, you can reserve your room directly with Palm via this link. Their Reservations team will check availability and confirm directly with you via email or WhatsApp.
Please note: this form is not an online instant-confirmation booking, so no payment is required when submitting the form.

TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN DA NANG AIRPORT & HOI AN
The closest airport to VLX is Da Nang International Airport (DAD). Participants are responsible for making their own way to their hotel; it is roughly a 40-minute drive to most places in Hoi An. Use our Facebook group to share a ride with dancers arriving around the same time — Grab Car & Xanh SM are also available at the airport.
VLXers can also book a private car with Mr Hai:
- 4 seaters: 250,000 VND per trip (2 people)
- 7 seaters: 300,000 VND per trip (max 4 people with luggage)
- 16-seat van: 400,000 VND per trip (max 10 people with luggage)
- Before 6am and after 10pm pick-up: add 50,000 VND/trip

When and where is VLX 2027?
Friday 19 – Sunday 21 March 2027, in Hội An, Vietnam. The exact venues for each dance are being confirmed and will be published here as soon as they are locked in.
When does registration open, and how much is a pass?
There are two windows, opening on these dates right here on this website: group registration on 10 October 2026, 18:00 (GMT+7) (groups of 6–10 dancers, maximum 10 groups), and individual registration on 17 October 2026, 18:00 (GMT+7) — the first 50 dancers get the early-bird price. Prices will be updated here along the way.
Which dance styles can I expect?
Mainly Lindy Hop, with dedicated late-night sessions loved by Balboa and Blues dancers. DJs and live bands play across all three nights.
How do I get there?
Fly into Da Nang International Airport (DAD), roughly a 40-minute drive from Hội An. We will share ride-coordination tips and private-car options closer to the event.
Where should I stay?
We are finalising accommodation details with our venue partners and will publish options and any special rates here once they are confirmed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full terms — including our pass-transfer policy — will be published before registration opens. In short: VLX does not offer refunds, but passes can be transferred to another dancer within the stated deadline.
