How Registration Works
For group pre-registration, please read the instructions below or scroll down and fill in the form.
Registrations for The Vietnam Lindy Exchange 2019 will open on October 21st at 11am (GMT +7). However, we will have a pre-registration round for groups from Oct 14th (11am GMT +7) to Oct 21st (10am GMT +7). The pass price is 165USD. Here's how it all works, as easy as 1-2-3:
Pre-registration for groups - 14th to 21st October 2018
• Groups are entitled to a 10 USD discount per person.
• Groups should have 6 dancers.
1- Nominate a group leader who will submit 1 group registration form on our website, and prepare to make the payment: www.thevlx.net/registrations
2- We will send you an email for further instructions and for payment. Please note that each member of the group will still need to fill in a registration form (to be received in the instructions email) to complete the submission. Full payment must be made by the group leader before 31st Oct 2018 11am GMT +7 (Halloween). Please do not pay us until you have received our instructions email.
3- Group registration does not guaranty your entry to the event. If your group does not make the quotas, your registrations will automatically go into the regular registration (no need to re-register), at the regular price.
Regular registration - 21st October 2018
1- Submit registration through our form on the website.
2- We will send you an email for confirmation for further instructions and for payment. Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving the email. Please do not pay us until you have received your confirmation.
3- Registration does not guaranty your entry to the event. If you do not make the quotas, we will put you on waiting list until a place frees up. We will then notify you by email so that you can complete the registration.
